Woody Creek Capital Partners was founded by Tim Presutti, a seasoned investor with over 25 years of experience in credit, special situations, and private market investing. Tim began his career at Deutsche Bank, where he led the High Yield Trading group and was actively involved across capital markets and principal investing. He later co-founded Broadbill Investment Partners, a distressed debt and special situations investment firm focused on private credit and complex capital structures.

Tim has also served on the Boards of Directors of B. Riley Principal Merger I and II (SPACs), Quantlab, the Aspen Community Foundation, and the Aspen Art Museum. He also, was President and Chief Investment Officer of an ultra-high-net-worth family office, overseeing portfolio restructuring, direct investments, and governance.
